To provide an accurate quote and professional advice, we charge a fixed diagnostic fee of £35 for all items left with us. This covers the time our expert technicians spend testing your hardware and identifying the root cause of the issue. If you choose to proceed with the recommended repair, this fee is deducted from your final bill.
